What useful tool could there be?

And to reap what happy harvest?

 

Toil after toil, and the fields are bare

No more tilled than tilled by nature.

All the wild and winsome flowers are there,

And the wind bends them, like this, like that

making them look as if hard at work.

 

Toil hangs on toil and tangles here.

The roots of the earth.

The produce, a bitten apple from the land.

What is this? A happy harvest?

What weapon is that you hold in your hand?
